Требования к соискателю

  • 3+ years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies;
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management or Demand Planning or in analytical functions in Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence or Sales Finance, combining advanced analytical skills with an understanding of the big picture and ability to analyse a massive dataflow;
  • Experience in presenting complex internal (topline) and external (eg Nielsen) analyses to Leadership Teams in recurring and ad-hoc agenda;
  • Knowledge of software products and corresponding experience (Excel, SPSS, SQL, VBA);
  • Knowledge of statistics and mathematical modelling methods;
  • Market analysis ability and Finance experience is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • English: intermediate.


  • Support the implementation of pricing initiatives in market Russia with analyses & tools;
  • Drive bottom line results & Excellence in execution by delivering insights based on complex data analyses, supporting Business Planning process and setting up the Price to Consumer approach;
  • Maintain pricing and assortment performance scorecards for decision making at RLT;
  • Develop relationships for key brands and build math models for correct price positioning from consumer perspective.
